This is a short practice and a reminder to breathe. Our breathing becomes affected when we are in heightened emotional states. When we experience feelings of overwhelm or have emotions inside of us that lead to anger or resentment, our breathing and health become compromised. Take a short moment to breathe to regain a calm state.
