Yoga in the community is a great way to make new friends. It is an opportunity to meet up once or multiple times in a week and share a space where you feel safe and comfortable. There are many spaces like community centres, libraries, places of worship, local parks, yoga studios and leisure centres that may offer yoga classes. When you are out and about in your local area, see if you notice yoga in your community and make enquires about what is on offer in your local area.
Sharing Yoga with Parents and Babies is fun and helps to build meaningful moments, memories and connection between parents and babies.
Local Parks are a great place to practice breathing, yoga and meditation. They are also useful places for walking, inspiration and relaxation. The Yoga Trapeze pictured above is great for lengthening and strengthening the spine. Look out for Yoga trapeze practice in the warmer months.
